Michael Bevacqua

Michael Bevacqua is a distinguished trial lawyer and current Shareholder and Co-Chair of the Banking Litigation and Consumer Finance Defense Practice Groups at Mandelbaum Barrett PC, a position held since December 2015. Known for a tireless work ethic, Michael has effectively represented clients across various litigation matters in the United States, with a significant focus on high net worth matrimonial cases, complex commercial litigation, business litigation, and bank litigation. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Director and Shareholder at Podvey, Meanor, Catenacci, Hildner, Cocoziello & Chattman, P.C. from September 2003 to November 2015. Michael earned a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law and holds a degree from the University of Scranton. Education was also completed at Pope John XXIII Regional High School.
