Mary Spratt

Mary Spratt is a seasoned professional in real estate and workplace services with extensive leadership experience in global strategy development. As the Global Director of Real Estate & Workplace Services at Mandiant (part of Google Cloud) since September 2018, Mary has been instrumental in shaping a comprehensive global real estate strategy while transforming the company's global portfolio. Prior roles include EMEA Property Director at Johnson Controls, where Mary optimized the real estate portfolio and developed strategic investment cases, as well as EMEA Senior Manager of Real Estate & Facilities at VCE, where Mary secured board approvals for significant real estate expansions. Additionally, Mary has experience managing facilities operations for VMware's global headquarters and has led project management and refurbishment initiatives at Project Management Group. Mary holds a Master of Science in International Hotel Management from Oxford Brookes University and a degree in Hotel Management from Shannon College of Hotel Management.
