Scott Blough

Scott Blough is a seasoned professional in cybersecurity and digital forensics, currently serving as Strategic Consulting Manager and Principal Cyber Security Consultant at Mandiant, a part of Google Cloud, since December 2021. Scott is also the Co-Founder of Simple Cyber LLC, established in May 2019. Previously, Scott held multiple roles at Tiffin University from August 2003 to December 2021, including Chief Information Security Officer and Executive Director of the Center for Cyber Defense and Forensics, along with teaching as an Associate Professor. Scott has actively contributed to the field through advisory roles, including Strategic Advisor for the Maritime & Port Security Information Sharing and Analysis Organization and National Co-Chair for the Maritime Risk Symposium 2017. Education credentials include a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from The University of Southern Mississippi and prior studies at Tiffin University.
