Toon van Rompaey

Toon Van Rompaey is a Senior Incident Response Consultant at Mandiant, part of Google Cloud since August 2022. Prior to this role, Toon served as a Security Management Specialist at SWIFT from September 2013 to July 2022, contributing to the Customer Security Intelligence team, which focused on enhancing cyber security within the global SWIFT community. Earlier in the career, Toon held the position of Customer Support Engineer at SWIFT, supporting the Centre of Expertise for SWIFT Messaging Interfaces. Toon holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Computer Science from KU Leuven, obtained in 2013, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) from the same institution, completed in 2011.
