Ir. Arief Budiman. Ma., Ph.D.

Arief Budiman has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Arief began their career at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. in 2001 and held various roles, including Area Sales Manager and Senior Manager in Card Product Development. Arief later became Vice President, overseeing sales and service management in the wealth management business, as well as being responsible for liabilities and value chain products. In 2019, Arief joined Mandiri Investasi as the Director & CFO, and later became the Chief Operating Officer. In April 2022, they were appointed as the Director of Sales and Product. Throughout their career, Arief has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in sales, product management, and operations within the financial sector. Arief holds a Master's and PhD degree.

Arief Budiman holds a Bachelor's degree in Regional and City Planning from Institut Teknologi Bandung, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996. Arief then pursued further education and received a Master of Arts in Marketing from London Metropolitan University in 2006. In 2009, Arief Budiman obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Strategic Management from Universitas Padjadjaran.

Arief also obtained various additional certifications throughout their career. In 2009, they received an international certification in card business from Visa Business School-virginia United States. In 2010, they obtained an International Compliance Certification from the International Compliance Association. In 2015, Arief Budiman became a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) from FPSB Indonesia. Arief continued to expand their expertise by obtaining certifications such as Certified Wealth Management (2016), Associate Estate Planning Practitioner (2017), Certified International Project Manager (2018), Qualified Wealth Planner (2018), and Wakil Manajer Investasi (WMI) from various institutions.

Most recently, in 2021, Arief Budiman obtained a Bank Risk Certification Level 5 from Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Perbankan. Arief has consistently pursued professional development and obtained certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in various fields.
