James Barnhart

James Barnhart has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. James started their career as an Engineering Intern at JTECH Medical in 2006, where they designed and developed medical devices for the physical medicine market. James then transitioned to an Engineering Contractor role, continuing their responsibilities while also working on new product design and development using SolidWorks. During this time, they collaborated with component distributors and machine shops to achieve cost-effective solutions. In 2010, James joined Skyline Products, Inc. as a Technical Sales Support Engineer, where they were responsible for composing technical specification documents, interpreting testing documents, and drafting and distributing Submittals for DMS products. In 2011, they became a Technical Product Manager at the same company. Recently, in 2019, they assumed the roles of Director of Product Management and Director of Sales - Transportation Division at Skyline Products, Inc. Overall, James Barnhart has demonstrated expertise in product management, sales, technical support, and engineering across multiple industries.

James Barnhart attended Colorado State University from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2008, they also obtained a certification as an Engineer In Training from NCEES.
