Harold Tjiptadjaja

Harold Tjiptadjaja has extensive work experience in the finance industry, with a focus on investment banking, corporate finance, and advisory services. Harold is currently the Managing Director Investment Banking at Mandiri Sekuritas, where they lead a team of 50+ financial professionals in managing transactions related to corporate actions, structured and project finance, financial restructuring, and advisory. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Executive Vice President - Investment Banking Advisory at the same company.

Before joining Mandiri Sekuritas, Harold held various other positions, including Chief Investment Officer at Indonesia Infrastructure Finance, PE Professional - Renewable Energy at Earth Investment Group / Cordoba Capital, Partner - Corporate Finance at Indoconsult Prima, and President Commissioner at PT Maju Lancar Sejahtera.

Harold also gained experience at Sinarmas Group as a Banking Executive, Sinarmas Agribusiness and Food as the Vice President - Projects, Northstar Equity Partners as a Vice President, PwC Nederland as a Manager in Business Recovery, Corporate Finance, and Transaction Services, and KPMG Nederland as a Consultant in Corporate Finance and Recovery. Throughout their career, Harold has demonstrated their expertise in managing transactions, leading teams, and providing advisory services to clients.
