David S. Rome

David S. Rome is an experienced restaurant and kitchen management professional with a diverse culinary background. Currently serving as a Restaurant Manager at Mandola's Italian Kitchen since November 2022, David has also held the position of MIT Manager In Training. Prior to this, David worked as an Executive Chef at COOP303 from May 2022 to October 2022, and as Production Chef and Kitchen Manager at Coop 303 (Al Mansur Restaurant Group) from August 2018 to October 2022, where responsibilities included setting production levels and managing daily scratch cooking. David's extensive experience in the culinary field includes roles as Sous Chef at Soaring Eagle Resort and Casino, Chef and Food and Beverage Manager at Saint Ives Golf And Country Club, and Executive Chef at Matanza's Bay Cafe, among others.
