Robert Errichetti

Robert Errichetti is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various kitchen leadership roles. Currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Mandolin Aegean Bistro since October 2020, Robert has progressively advanced from Senior Sous Chef and Sous Chef positions at the same establishment. Previous roles include Special Projects Chef at Joanna's Marketplace and Co-Owner/Operator at Bareroot, where responsibilities encompassed menu development, inventory management, and operational compliance. Additional experience includes serving as Sous Chef at Loba, where Robert managed kitchen operations and trained staff, and as a Branding/Social Media Consultant for The Market Company, focusing on marketing and vendor relationships.
