Hirokazu Kagami completed his last education at Ryutsu Kagaku University, Hyogo, Japan. The legal basis for his first appointment as Director was the decision of the 2020 Annual GMS, as stated in the Deed of Minutes of GMS Number 1 dated 16 April 2020. Joined Mandom Corporation in 1992 in the Sales Department. He was placed in the Company as Product Development Manager from 2003 to 2009. Then he held several senior positions in the Mandom Group including at Mandom Corp. China and Mandom Corporation in Japan. In 2018 he served as General Manager International Marketing Department at Mandom Corp. Japan before being reassigned to the Company as a Director. He has an affiliation with the Company's Controlling and Main Shareholder, namely Mandom Corporation.
