Following this, they worked as a Senior Sales Executive at Nuffield Health, where they managed a team and handled business development and B2B sales. Christian then joined FastTrack Management Services Ltd as a Specialist White Collar Construction Recruiter and gained expertise in the construction and rail sectors.
Afterward, Christian worked at REED as a Senior Engineering Recruitment Consultant but left due to a mismatch in job focus. Christian then joined Mane Contract Services as a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in Formula 1 and Motorsport. Their hard work and industry knowledge led to a promotion to Senior Recruitment Consultant, where they expanded their reach across the European market. Christian later became the Team Leader and eventually the Director, responsible for coaching and mentoring their team and contributing to the strategic growth of the Automotive division.
In their most recent role as the Chief Operating Officer at Mane Contract Services, Christian oversees the company's operations and ensures seamless project execution and client service. Their work revolves around providing tailored consultancy services to clients in the Automotive, F1, and Motorsport sectors on a global scale.
Christian Pascale attended Nicholas Breakspear Sports College from 2004 to 2009 where they obtained their GCSE's in various subjects including Mathematics, English, and Science. In addition, they received certification in Manual Handling Train the Trainer from THSP Risk Management in February 2015.
