Bérengère Escuyer

Bérengère Escuyer is an experienced application technologist and collection manager with a focus on beverage formulation and flavor development. Currently at MANE since September 2021, Bérengère oversees beverage projects across the EMEA region, managing flavor selection and stability tests while serving as a technical contact for global customers. Prior experience includes a role at Firmenich (July 2015 - September 2021), where Bérengère developed formulations for dairy, beverages, and confectionery, collaborated with account managers, and led technical presentations. Previous positions at Danone and Sensient Flavors involved flavor development, supplier management, and market analysis. Bérengère holds a Master’s degree in Food Flavouring from ISIPCA and has a strong educational background in chemistry.
