Charlotte Callut is a seasoned marketing and fragrance development professional with extensive experience in the beauty and personal care industry. Since January 2018, Charlotte has held the position of Head of Marketing & Evaluation Africa at MANE, focusing on market studies, client needs identification, growth opportunities, and product concept development. Prior to this, Charlotte was a Fragrance Development Manager at L'Oréal, contributing to fragrance reworks and new collections. Previous experience includes a role at APF Arômes & parfums France - SOZIO, where Charlotte managed fragrance development and marketing projects. Educational achievements include a Master Professionnel in Parfumerie from ISIPCA and a Licence Générale in Chemistry from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.
