Zen Fauzan S. is an experienced professional in the fragrance and consumer science industry, currently serving as the Head of Fragrance Development Manager at MANE since June 2022. Having previously held the position of R&D Sensory & Consumer Science Senior Manager at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk from July 2020 to June 2022, Zen contributed to the success of the Alfa Corp. Holding Company Alfamart. Zen's extensive experience at MANE, from September 2005 to July 2020 as Sensory Analysis Fragrance & Flavor Manager, involved optimizing sensory department resources and innovating in sensory analysis. Zen holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from IPB University, obtained between 2000 and 2005.
