Tim Adams

Tim leads Maner’s Cannabis Services team, building and fostering tremendous growth in an evolving and highly-regulated space. Driven by his desire to help clients by listening and offering solutions that fit their unique issues, Tim has built a career learning and mastering new skillsets – with the firm’s Cannabis team his most recent endeavor. Additionally, Tim is a member of Maner’s board of directors, and previously served as the head of the firm’s tax department.

With more than 34 years of experience in the accounting and advisory industry, Tim has a tremendous amount of expertise advising clients of all shapes and sizes. His daily focus lies in providing tax consulting services for small and midsize, family-owned businesses, consulting on mergers and acquisitions and representation for income and sales & use tax audits.

Beyond his work with clients, Tim has a passion for developing and supporting Maner staff. His team-first approach and openness to new ideas serves him well in his role, promoting growth and development from staff early in their careers and the Cannabis team alike. Tim’s expertise, combined with his natural ability for storytelling and connecting with people, have made him a tremendous asset to Maner during his three-decades-plus career at the firm.
