Naveen Naik

Naveen Naik is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources and industrial relations. Currently serving as Assistant Manager HR at Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals LTD since May 2021, Naveen previously worked at ESSILOR MANUFACTURING INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED as HR and IR from September 2017 to May 2021, and prior to that, held the role of Assistant Manager HR at BPL PCB Manufacturing Ltd from April 2016 to August 2017. Naveen's career began as Senior Executive HR at Shahi Exports Pvt Ltd from July 2013 to April 2016, gaining significant exposure in one of the leading garment export units. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Mangalore University, a Bachelor of Laws focused on Labor and Industrial Relations, and a Bachelor's degree in HR and Social Work.
