Andreas Doulaveris

Andreas Doulaveris has an extensive work experience in the space industry. Andreas currently holds the role of Senior Vice President in Space Systems at Mangata Networks, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as Vice President in the same company from March 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Mangata Networks, Andreas worked at Bay Engineering Innovations, Inc. as the Director of Laser Communication Systems from May 2020 to April 2022.

From May 2018 to May 2020, Andreas worked at OneWeb as the Chief Engineer in the Space Segment. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Launch Systems and Operations from September 2015 to May 2018.

Andreas also gained valuable experience at O3b Networks, where they held the position of VP in Satellite Systems from February 2013 to September 2015. Additionally, they served as the Space Segment Chief Engineer from June 2010 to February 2013.

Andreas Doulaveris obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from the University of Maryland in 1988. Andreas then pursued further education and completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in the same field from the University of Maryland between 1994 and 2001.
