Jonathan O'Day

Jonathan O'Day is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the real estate and investment sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director and Managing Principal for Central & South America at EQT Exeter since December 2019, Jonathan also holds the position of Vice President on the Board of Directors at Mangels Industrial S.A. since April 2023. Previously, Jonathan was the Head of Fund Management for the Americas at GLP from December 2011 to November 2019 and served as Director of Acquisitions at Squarestone Growth for a brief period in 2011. Earlier career roles include Sr. Associate at Prosperitas Investimentos S.A., now known as HSI, and various positions at ProLogis and General Electric. Jonathan's educational background includes an MBA in Real Estate from The Wharton School, an MA in International Relations and Affairs from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
