William Malin P.e.

William Malin, P.E. has been with Carroll Engineering Corporation since 1987, starting as a Project Manager. In February 2020, they were promoted to Vice-President.

William Malin, P.E. pursued their undergraduate education at the University of Delaware from 1979 to 1983. During this period, they studied Civil Engineering and successfully earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree.
