Cristina Robledillo López

Cristina Robledillo López has extensive experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and diversity, currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding & Diversity Director at MANGO since March 2007. In addition to this role, Cristina has held various positions within MANGO, including Global HR - People Retail Director and Recruitment Retail Director Worldwide. Since January 2024, Cristina has also been a teacher in the Master Fashion & Retail Management program at EAE Business School, and previously taught at ESIC Business & Marketing School and Cámara Valencia. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Recruitment and Training Specialist at Sartia Formación and as a cashier at ZARA SA. Cristina holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a degree in Labour Relations from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
