Juanluis Estrada

Juanluis Estrada has had a varied work experience. Juanluis began their career in 2009 as a BPO and call center management at Allied Contact Center & BPO, where they were responsible for the supervision and development of a group of 12-22 customer service agents. In 2011, they moved to Farmacias de la Comunidad as a Systems Analyst and Programmer. In 2013, they joined Xerox as a QC Analyst. In 2017, they became a Software Developer at Conduent. In 2019, they moved to QANTUM as a Senior QA Engineer. Most recently, in 2020, they became a Manager at MangoChango SA.

Juanluis Estrada earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala between 2001 and 2013.
