Customer Support Team Lead at Mangomint

Emily Rita Bach has worked in the customer service and project management fields since 2017. In that time, they have held three positions. From 2017 to 2021, they were a Project Manager/Designer at dottyr, where they worked on Squarespace CMS and developed design ideas for clients. Emily Rita also had skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, copywriting, HTML/CSS, usability studies, and responsive design. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Project Manager at B12, where they were a SaaS product launch specialist and was responsible for cross-team communication to ensure customer and product success, as well as design consultation on the B12 CMS platform. Lastly, from 2021 to present, they have been a Customer Support Team Lead and Customer Support Specialist at Mangomint.

Emily Rita Bach attended the Maryland Institute College of Art from 2010 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting.
