Miriam Synnott

Miriam Synnott has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Miriam is currently the Lead HR Business Partner at Mangopay, where they provide guidance and support on various HR matters and leads employee engagement initiatives. Prior to this, they were the People Ops/HR Manager at WhenThen, which was acquired by Mangopay. Miriam also worked as an HRBP for Solvers, where they advised on HR-related issues and partnered with senior management to enhance employee engagement. Additionally, they gained experience as an Employment Services Advisor at Turas Nua, where they helped individuals find sustainable employment and provided guidance during the transition from welfare to work. Miriam has also served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at rigneydolphin, managing HR processes, recruitment activities, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. Miriam began their career as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Momentum Support Ltd.

Miriam Synnott attended Technological University Dublin from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management. In 2012, they also obtained a CIPD Associate certification from CIPD.
