Roxana Ghergu

Roxana Ghergu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical support, currently serving as the VP of Customer Success at MANGOPAY.com since July 2015. Previous roles at MANGOPAY include Head of Customer Success, Head of Support, and Technical Account Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing API integrations, addressing technical issues, and enhancing documentation and resources. Prior to MANGOPAY, Roxana worked as a Web Designer at PHY from October 2014 to June 2015. Roxana's educational background includes a DRU in Materials Science from Toulouse INP, a Web Design and Project Management qualification from l'Institut Européen F2I, and a Master's degree in Materials Science from INP Toulouse and University of Pitesti, along with an engineering degree in Physics from University of Pitesti.
