Keem Kenneth Santos

Keem Kenneth Santos has a strong background in process engineering and planning. Keem Kenneth began their career in 2006 as a Process Engineer at Petron Corporation, where they focused on ensuring adherence to manufacturing specifications and troubleshooting operational issues. Keem Kenneth then moved on to roles such as Operations Planning Engineer and Management Information System Coordinator, where they played a key role in optimizing refinery operations and improving refining margins.

In 2012, Santos joined Sadara Chemical Company as a Planning & Programs Analyst, where they were responsible for planning technical trainings and developing procedures and guidelines. Keem Kenneth then joined ADNOC Group in 2014, starting as a Performance Monitoring Engineer and later taking on roles such as Senior Engineer, Plant Performance Monitoring and Senior Coordinator, Business Planning. In these positions, they provided technical support and analysis to the refinery vice president, including hydrocarbon and utility mass balance analysis and evaluating operational corrective actions.

Currently, Santos is working at Mangrove Lithium as a Senior Process Engineer.

Keem Kenneth Santos completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. Keem Kenneth obtained additional certification as a Registered Chemical Engineer from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission in 2005.

In 2022, Keem Kenneth Santos pursued further education and enrolled in The University of British Columbia to obtain a Master of Engineering Leadership degree in Sustainable Process Engineering. Keem Kenneth completed this program in 2023.

In terms of additional certifications, Keem Kenneth Santos obtained various credentials to enhance their skills. In 2022, they completed certifications in "Python for Data Science" from IBM and "Data Analytics Fundamentals" from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Keem Kenneth also acquired certifications in "Data Science 101" and "Data Science Methodology" from IBM during the same year.

In 2021, Keem Kenneth Santos acquired certifications in "Business Strategy" and "Finance for Non-Finance Professionals" through Coursera. Additionally, they received the certification of "Verified International Academic Qualifications" from World Education Services in June 2023.
