Troels Damgaard

Troels Damgaard is an accomplished professional in software consultancy, specializing in PensionTech, InsurTech, DeFi, and FinTech. As the Owner and Consulting Chief Architect at TED Consulting since May 2020, Troels has also served as the Interim Head of Digital Development at AkademikerPension, Head of Digital Development, and as a Core Contributor at Mangrove. Troels has provided pro bono mentoring as a Startup Mentor and Tech Expert with Tech Nordic Advocates. Previous roles include Solutions Architect for Topdanmark, Lead Architect for Keylane, and Chief Architect at Edlund A/S, where Troels shaped the company's software strategy. Troels holds a PhD in Computer Science from IT-Universitetet i København, and has engaged in academic research and teaching, further complementing a career marked by technical leadership and innovation.
