Richard Pepe possesses extensive experience in safety and security management, currently serving as Manager of Safety & Security at Manhattan Beer Distributors. Leading the Corporate Risk and Safety Team, Richard oversees physical security for multiple warehouse complexes while managing security personnel and budgets. As Founder and CEO of R.S. Pepe - Automotive Events, Richard has successfully planned automotive events nationwide. Previous roles include Chief Operations Officer at Bridge Security Services, where daily operations were managed, and Assistant Vice President for Environmental, Health & Safety at Deutsche Bank, where Richard implemented a new EHS program across global offices. Additional experience includes operations management positions at FJC Security Services, BlueLine Grid, Inc., LexisNexis, Paulson & Co., and as Director of Safety & Security for PORT CHESTER-RYE UNION FREE SCHOOL DISTRICT. Richard's educational background includes training at the New York City Police Academy and studies at Pratt Institute.
