Mindy Eckert has a breadth of experience in various roles including Assistant Athletic Director, Head Women Basketball Coach, Student Development and Retention Specialist, Resident Director, Assistant Women's Basketball Coach, Lab Tech, Lead Day Care Provider, Fitness Instructor, and Assistant Girls Basketball and Softball Coach. Mindy has worked at Manhattan Christian College, MacMurray College, John Wood Community College, CEVA SANTE ANIMALE, Leavenworth USD453, Stretch N Grow, Immaculate High School, and Chisholm Trail 8 Theatres. Mindy holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from the University of Saint Mary.
