Andrew Halphen

Andrew Halphen currently serves as the Preconstruction Director at Manhattan Construction Company, having progressed through roles including Preconstruction Manager and Senior Estimator since March 2016. Notably, Andrew was the on-site estimator for the Texas Rangers New Stadium Development, Globe Life Field. Prior experience includes significant estimating positions at Skanska USA from May 2009 to March 2016, with contributions to projects such as the Saint Francis OR Renovation and Capitol Tower. Andrew's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University, completed in 2009, along with involvement in research initiatives at the Skanska BIM Competence Center in Helsinki, Finland.
