David then worked as a Project Manager at Greene's Energy Group, managing pipeline projects in the Gulf Coast region. After that, they served as a Business Development Manager at Balfour Beatty Construction US, focusing on the growth of the academia business sector.

David also worked at Structure Tone Southwest as a Director of Business Development and later joined Tellepsen as an Assistant Superintendent, leading onsite supervision for commercial construction projects. David then worked at O'Donnell/Snider Construction as a Project Manager, responsible for the overall success of projects in the Greater Houston Area.
