Justin Bell

Justin Bell is an experienced construction management professional with expertise in project controls and scheduling. Currently serving as a Senior Project Controls Manager and Senior Scheduler at Manhattan Construction Company since November 2015, Justin has managed planning and scheduling for projects exceeding $200 million using Primavera P6 and Phoenix CPM. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Scheduler at O'Connor Construction Management, providing extensive planning support, and serving as VP of Pre-Construction Services at The Ross Group Construction Corp., where Justin led various teams and developed a comprehensive pre-construction database. Earlier roles included Project Coordinator at Wood Wise Design, Project Manager at Leesville Construction and Polovick Construction, and foundational education in construction management and technology from East Carolina University and Appalachian State University.
