Jesse Arm currently serves as the Director of External Affairs & Presidential Initiatives at the Manhattan Institute, a position held since February 2021. Prior to this role, Jesse Arm was the Director of External Affairs at Applecart, where responsibilities included developing data-driven strategies and conducting polling for political and advocacy initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Council Chairman at the American Enterprise Institute and as an analyst at ACG Analytics, focusing on investment research and policy analysis. Additional roles include positions in legislative affairs at the Embassy of Israel, the United States Senate, and the U.S. House of Representatives, along with recognized participation in the Tikvah Fund's Summer Institute. Jesse Arm holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Political Economy from the University of Michigan and has further education from Tel Aviv University and The Public Interest Fellowship.
