Rafael A. Mangual

Rafael A. Mangual is currently the Nick Ohnell Fellow at Manhattan Institute, where Rafael A. conducts research and produces analytical commentary on criminal justice issues. In addition to their role at the Manhattan Institute, Rafael A. also serves as a Contributing Editor at City Journal and the Head of Research for the Policing and Public Safety Initiative. With experience in legal policy and research, Rafael A. has also worked at various organizations such as Hachette Book Group and the New York State Advisory Committee. Rafael has a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and a B.A. in Corporate Communications from Baruch College.
