Reihan Salam is currently serving as the President of the Manhattan Institute. Prior to this role, Salam held positions such as Contributing Editor at The Atlantic, Executive Editor at National Review, Fellow at the National Review Institute, Freelance Columnist at Slate Magazine, Columnist at Reuters News Agency and The Daily, and Fellow at the Institute of Politics at the University of Chicago. Salam also worked as a Columnist at The Daily Beast and a Fellow at New America. Reihan holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Studies from Harvard University.
