Ismet Kurti

Ismet Kurti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management and project oversight. Currently serving as Resident Manager at Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. since July 2008 and as Project Manager at ABM Industries since September 2013, Ismet also holds the position of Chairman for the Albanian American Association "Ana e Malit," actively involved in community organizing since January 2013. Prior experience includes Area Supervisor at Perfect Building Maintenance from 2006 to 2008 and Project Manager at Newmark Knight Frank from 1994 to 2006. Ismet's educational background includes certification from the Building Professional Institute in 2011 and completion of a Commercial Property Management Certificate program at New York University in 2007.
