Mercedes Zhang

Mercedes Zhang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and leadership roles. Currently serving as City Lead for New York City at VCFamilia and Co-Chair of Associate Members for the Women's Entrepreneurship Day Organization (WEDO), Mercedes has a strong focus on fostering entrepreneurial initiatives. Previously held positions include Late Stage Investor at Manhattan Venture Partners, Fixed Income Investments at BlackRock, and Private Bank - Investments at Citi. Early career experience includes roles as an Emerging Markets Investment Summer Analyst at UBS and Hedge Fund Analyst at Fairholme Capital Management. Mercedes holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Florida International University and has completed the International Baccalaureate program at both the University of Florida and Suncoast Community High School.
