Early career experience includes roles as an Emerging Markets Investment Summer Analyst at UBS and Hedge Fund Analyst at Fairholme Capital Management. Mercedes holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Florida International University and has completed the International Baccalaureate program at both the University of Florida and Suncoast Community High School.
