Jonathan Charles is an experienced professional in technology education and digital media. Currently serving as President at Fulmedia Interactive since June 2017, Jonathan has also been a Technology Education Teacher at Manheim Central School District since August 1996, focusing on areas such as electronic media, video production, web design, and digital photography. Prior to this, Jonathan was a Partner and Technology Consultant at JCharles Consulting LLC from 2010 to June 2017, where responsibilities included custom website design, sales, and hardware/software support. Additionally, Jonathan served as an Adjunct Instructor at Millersville University from April 2004 to April 2008, developing digital photography courses for teachers. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Instructional Design and Technology from Full Sail University, a Certificate in Instructional Technology Specialist from Philadelphia University, an MS in Education in Classroom Technology from Wilkes University, an MA in Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Eastern Mennonite University, and a BS in Education in Technology Education from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
Manheim Central School District
The Manheim Central School District is a School District of the Third Class, organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (the "Commonwealth"). The governing body of the School District is a board of nine school directors who are each elected for a four-year term. The daily operation and management of the School District is carried out by the administrative staff of the School District, headed by the Superintendent of Schools who is appointed by the Board of School Directors. The School District is comprised of the Borough of Manheim and the Townships of Penn and Rapho (collectively, the "Municipalities"). Located in northwestern Lancaster County, the School District encompasses 78.2 square miles of scenic and productive agricultural lands being increasingly converted to residential use. The School District lies approximately seven miles north of the City of Lancaster, approximately eighty miles west of the City of Philadelphia and twenty-five miles east of the City of Harrisburg.
