Keisha McCauley currently serves as High School Assistant Principal and Administrator of Career Exploration at Manheim Central School District, a role held since August 2018, where responsibilities include coordinating student opportunities for career awareness and readiness. Previously, from June 2013 to June 2018, Keisha worked as an Art Educator in the same district, facilitating art learning processes and advocating for the importance of art in education. Earlier experience includes serving as Kid Kamp Group Supervisor/Director at New Holland Recreation Center and as a Resident Assistant at Millersville University. Keisha holds a K-12 Principal Certification from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Art Education from PennWest Edinboro, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Art Teacher Education and Fine Arts (Ceramic Arts and Sculpture) from Millersville University.
