Katherine Ward (Heintzelman)

Katherine Ward has extensive experience in the field of human resources and law. Katherine began their career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Susan C. Del Pesco at the New Castle County Superior Court of Delaware in 2005. Katherine then worked as an Attorney at Leisawitz Heller from 2006 to 2012, followed by a position as an Attorney at Kegel, Kelin, Almy & Lord, LLP from 2012 to 2013. Katherine then transitioned into human resources, serving as the Director of Human Resources at Red Lion Area School District from 2013 to 2015 and currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Manheim Township School District since 2016.

Katherine (Heintzelman) Ward pursued their higher education starting from 1994 to 2005. Katherine attended Crestwood High School from 1994 to 1998, obtaining their high school diploma. Following this, they enrolled at Franklin & Marshall College from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in History and English. Lastly, from 2002 to 2005, Katherine attended Widener University School of Law, earning their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
