Prior to this role, Sandy worked at Star Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd from June 1989 to December 2000, holding the position of Manager for Call Center/Factory Client Relations and later as General Manager. Sandy attended Tennessee Tech University - College of Business between 1973 and 1975.
