Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at Manifest since January 2025, Juliana previously held the role of Head of Business Operations at Byteboard, where responsibilities included operations management, finance, and go-to-market strategies. Before that, Juliana contributed as Chief of Staff, focusing on finance, business operations, people, and partnerships. Additional experience includes serving as a Career Prep Coach at Management Leadership for Tomorrow and leading instructor partnerships at Udacity, where Juliana successfully expanded the instructor community by 400%. Juliana holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Georgia.
