Ayush Chaurasia

Ayush Chaurasia serves as the Head of Sales and Chief of Staff at Bik since August 2021, focusing on integrating AI into eCommerce marketing and support strategies through various channels like WhatsApp, Email, and SMS. In June 2023, Ayush took on the role of Program Manager in the Founder's Office at Manifest AI, where efforts are directed towards enhancing AI-driven customer experiences on social media and eCommerce platforms, achieving significant revenue and conversion improvements. Previous experience includes Program Manager at ClearTax India from September 2019 to August 2021, and Associate at the Deshpande Foundation, where strategic projects were led to advance India's largest skilling center. Early career experience includes an internship in product management at NIRAV MODI, focusing on optimizing jewelry production processes. Ayush Chaurasia holds a Bachelor of Technology in Metallurgical Engineering & Material Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, completed in 2018.
