Kathy Lee, MPH has a diverse work experience that spans across various companies and roles. Kathy is currently working as the Director of Customer Success at Manifest MedEx since 2020. Prior to that, Kathy worked as a Healthcare Consultant/Advisor for Various Engagements, where they focused on strategy, operations, partnership development, and technology implementation. In 2019, they joined Expert Velocity as a Healthcare Management Consultant. Before that, Kathy served as the Director of Health Partnerships at CareLinx, where they led the implementation and account management of key provider accounts. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional Director of Operations at Sound Physicians, overseeing hospitalist programs and contracts. Kathy also gained valuable experience at Stanford Health Care, where they held various roles including Manager of Patient Experience Programs, Strategic & Operational Improvement Lead, Strategic Program Manager for Executive Health, and Operations Manager for International Medical Services. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Project Manager and Administrative Fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital. Kathy's work experience also includes serving as a Yale-China Graduate Program Intern at the Nutrition Institute in Beijing and as an AmeriCorps VISTA at Venice Family Clinic.

Kathy Lee, MPH has a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the Yale School of Public Health. Kathy pursued the Healthcare Management Program in conjunction with Yale School of Management. Prior to their graduate studies, Kathy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychobiology with an Applied Developmental Psychology Minor from UCLA. Additionally, they attended Y Combinator and completed the Startup School program. Kathy has also acquired additional certifications including the Dale Carnegie Course in Effective Communications & Human Relations, completed in July 2010, where they received the "Outstanding Performance Award" and "Crashing Through Award". Furthermore, Kathy is certified in Stanford Operating System Lean Management Training and has been a Team Leader for various projects.
