Karen Duffy

Karen Duffy is a Principal Scientist at Manifold Bio, with a comprehensive background in molecular biology, protein engineering, and drug development. A Gates Cambridge Scholar, Karen conducted PhD research at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology focusing on polymerase engineering and synthetic genetic polymers. Previous roles include Associate Scientist at Unum Therapeutics, where Karen contributed to Antibody-Coupled T-cell Receptor technology, and research positions at AstraZeneca, Eutropics Pharmaceuticals, and Jin Lab, among others. Karen holds a Ph.D. in Biology from the University of Cambridge and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Cornell University.
