Cat Pierson

Cat Pierson is a Director of Business Operations at Manifold, where she collaborates with engineers, program managers, and customers to build and execute product strategy. Cat is well-versed in problem solving and creating efficiencies, and has years of experience working cross-functionally.

Prior to Manifold, Cat was an Associate Director of Sales/B2B Operations at Tripadvisor. There, she managed a team that supported a partnerships program, supplier sales, and a SaaS reservation system. She doubled Sales’ top-of-funnel efficiency by reducing friction, while also making UI/UX improvements and resolving 5,000 backlogged leads. Cat built her product management and advertising ops skills at SmarterTravel, where she managed a team of eight Specialists/Senior Specialists and four cross-functional team members; they focused on the delivery and management of over 2,000 client advertisements. She also led the migration of internal system data into Salesforce, increasing efficiency, accuracy, and usability of data.

Cat has a BS in Economics and Finance from Bentley University, as well as a Certificate in Advanced Management from Babson College. She also holds a certificate in Leading Operational Excellence from MIT Sloan Executive Education.
