Melvin John M. Tan

Melvin John Tan is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Manila Water in the Non-East Zone. Previously, Melvin John held key positions at various companies such as PRIME METROLINE INFRASTRUCTURE HOLDINGS CORPORATION, Solar Philippines, and Laguna AAAWater Corporation. With a strong background in water sector management, Tan has led successful projects and initiatives in the industry, including the privatization of the Boracay Island Water Company. Melvin John holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of the Philippines, a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the same university, and a Doctor of Law from Ateneo de Manila University.
