Currently serving as Plant Manager- Starch at Manildra Group, Simon previously held the role of Engineering and Continuous Improvement Manager at Ingredion Incorporated, leading a team to enhance plant efficiencies and sustainability. Simon has also worked at Visy Industries as Shift Manager, at Sealed Air Corporation as Production Superintendent and Process Engineer, and at Mars as Affiliate Sales Manager and Industrial Engineer. Simon began in the field with Bayer Business Services as a Chemical Engineer. Simon holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Business Administration from RMIT University.
