Steve Schofield

Steve Schofield serves as the Group Head of Human Resources, Safety & Industrial Relations at Manildra Group since September 2023. With extensive experience in human resources and industrial relations, Steve has previously held leadership roles at Downer, Komatsu Australia, Goodman Fielder, Schindler Lifts Australia Pty Limited, Qantas, and the Royal Australian Navy. Notably, Steve’s tenure includes the position of General Manager Industrial Relations at Qantas and Group Head of Human Resources at multiple organizations. Educationally, Steve holds a Master of Business Administration specializing in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Macquarie Business School, completed between 1994 and 1996.
