Alex Mendes has a wide range of work experience in various roles and industries. Alex worked as the Head of Unified Delivery Operations at Manipal Global Education Services from July 2015 onwards. Prior to that, they served as the Circle Head of Customer Service Delivery at Aircel in Karnataka from October 2010 to June 2015. Alex also held the position of Director of Global Customer Services at TeleDNA Communications Limited from June 2010 to October 2010. From June 2007 to May 2010, they were the Head of Customer Care and Retentions at Reliance Communications Limited. Before that, they held the role of Head of Customer Service at Vodafone Essar Cellular Limited from March 1999 to June 2007. Alex Mendes completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM) degree in Economics and Accountancy from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics from 1986 to 1991. Later, from 1991 to 1993, Alex pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing from the Technology and Management Jobs institution.
