Lavin Kanase

Lavin Kanase currently serves as the Chief IT Security Officer (CITSO) and Head of IT Infrastructure at ManipalCigna Health Insurance Company Ltd. since December 2022. Prior to this role, Lavin held the position of Director Global IT at Accelya Group from May 2020 to December 2022, and has extensive experience in the banking sector with RBL Bank, where Lavin served as Deputy Vice President and Assistant Vice President of Information Technology from February 2017 to April 2020. Additional roles include Assistant Manager of Service Operations at Netmagic Solutions and Technical Specialist in Server Management at Wipro Limited. Lavin began the professional journey as a System Administrator at PCS Technology Ltd. and as a Trainee Engineer at HCL Infosystems. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Computer Applications in Computer Science from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, Pune, and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Vasantdada Patil Pratishthan’s College of Engineering and Visual Arts.
